30-day return policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Contact us within 90 days of purchase for an exchange or refund for any reason and without justification.

To start a return, you can contact us here or email contact@goldenrovers.com directly. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label.

Lifetime warranty

We design our products to last. So if you break it, we replace it. If your item fails to perform as expected, we will make every effort to repair, replace, or otherwise make it right. This is meant to cover failures or damage due to manufacturing defects or design flaws when the item is used within its recommended guidelines.

Exclusions:

  • It does not cover damage due to misuse or overloading beyond the stated weight capacity.
  • It does not cover normal wear and tear, or scuffs and scratches on the finished surface of the product.

Modifications made to the item will not inherently void this warranty. Except if it is apparent that the modification directly caused the failure. We reserve the right to evaluate the cause of failure and decide on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve issued your return, please contact us.
